S-200C conductive silver paste is a fast drying silver paste Senndai Shenzhen Electronic Materials Co., Ltd. production. It is cured thermoplastic resin refinements made by the ultra-fine silver powder and low temperature, suitable for screen printing. Mainly used for FFC, a flexible printed circuit. Second, the use
1, the substrate PET and PC, etc. can be used on a sheet;
2, wire mesh stainless steel wire mesh or polyester screen printing;
3, diluent dedicated thinner;
4, the curing process (recommended) 120 ℃ 15 分钟 oven, IR; 120 ℃ 2 分钟
5, cleaning agents cyclohexanone; alcohol;
6, the storage room temperature storage, unopened storage period at six months or more; (should avoid high temperature, high humidity preservation)
7, packaging 1.00 kg (or according to requirements)
Third, the operation and safety
1, using the metric or imperial 40-120T 100-305 mesh polyester or stainless steel screen printing, squeegee hardness of 65-80 degrees.
2. Stir thoroughly before use.
3, printing substrate must deal with clean, such as residual oil, oxides, thermoplastic resin, hand sweat and other contaminants when will severely reduce adhesion and electrical properties.
4, there must be sufficient paste printing, otherwise it will affect the printing performance and print thickness, resulting in changes in resistance.
5. In order to ensure consistent thickness of performance, printing should try to maintain the same viscosity; plus diluent should close up the paste is mixed with some of the new paste, then an appropriate amount (less than 5%) were added after special thinner, stir uniform.
6, to be completely cured, otherwise it is impossible to obtain the desired properties, curing conditions depending on equipment required for fine-tuning.
7, S-200C conductive silver-containing solution, should be kept well ventilated to prevent excess vapor inhalation, such as contact with the skin, should be promptly wash with water and soap, please do not go near the fire.
