Third, the operation and safety
1, using the metric or imperial 40-120T 100-305 mesh polyester or stainless steel screen printing, squeegee hardness of 65-80 degrees.
2. Stir thoroughly before use.
3, printing substrate must deal with clean, such as residual oil, oxides, thermoplastic resin, hand sweat and other contaminants when will severely reduce adhesion and electrical properties.
4, there must be enough carbon paste printing, otherwise it will affect the printing performance and carbon print thickness, resulting in changes in resistance.
5. In order to ensure consistent performance carbon printing should try to maintain the same viscosity; plus diluent should be mixed with the carbon paste close up some of the new carbon slurry, then an appropriate amount (less than 5%) were added after special thinner, stir uniform.
6, to be completely cured, otherwise it is impossible to obtain the desired properties, curing conditions depending on equipment required for fine-tuning.
